IMSU 2013/2014 Post UTME Form; How To Register

All candidates who have chosen Imo State, University as 1st and 2nd choice for the 2013/2014 Post UTME Screening Exercise are by this announcement informed that the exercise is scheduled to take place from Wednesday, July 17 to Friday July 19, 2013.
Imo State University, (IMSU), 2013/2014 Post-UTME Screening Exercise Application Now On
Eligibility:
Candidates that scored 180 and above in the JAMB UTME Exam.

How To Apply
(1) Obtain a
registration card containing your application PIN Code from any branch of any of the following banks in Owerri, Imo State: IMSU Library, Imsu Microfinance Bank, Zenith Bank, FCMB, Access Bank, UBA Plc, Diamond Bank, First Bank, Union Bank for the payment of N2100.00 Application Fee to the cashier.

(2) On obtaining the scratch card go to www.imsupostumeportal.org and follow registration instruction.

(3) Click on 'Register' above to fill the registration form. Ensure you type the PIN Code from the scratch card obtained from the bank correctly.

(4) Read carefully the instructions on the registration page.

(6) On successful registration, you will receive a successful registration email containing your username and password.

(7) Click on 'Login' to log in, then you can start filling the form.

(8) Add your profile (This will require a passport photo, signature, biodata and your examination particulars.)

(9) Add your qualifications SSCE, GCE, NECO and JAMB and other certificates.

(10) Confirm your entries before clicking on submit. Ensure that your recent passport photograph and signature are scanned before submitting. After clicking submit application to IMSU, print the slip as an evidence of your registration and bring it to the screening venue.

If you have registered successfully, IMSU ICT Center would send your examination date, hall by sms/e- mail.

2017 Jamb Cut-off Mark Now 120

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board on Tuesday pegged the minimum cut-off mark for admissions into universities for the 2017/2018 academic year at 120. The decision was taken together with vice-chancellors, rectors and provosts of higher institutions in the country at a combined policy meeting on admissions into universities, polytechnics and other higher institutions in Nigeria in Abuja on Tuesday. The stakeholders also adopted 100 as the minimum cut-off mark for admission into polytechnics. They agreed that admission into first choice universities should close on October 15 while December 15, 2017 was set as the closing date for second choice admission by institutions. JAMB Registrar, Prof. Is-haq Oloyede, said universities should not go below the minimum 120 cut-off point adopted by the meeting for admissions.
