Osun State University 2012/2012 PUME Date And Requirements

Osun State University 2012/2013 post utme screening has been fixed to take place on the 16th day of June, 2012 in the university.
The registration forms are obtained at the sum of five thousand naira (#5,000) at
designated bank branches
around the six campuses of the University.
All candidates who chose
UNIOSUN as first/second choice and scored up to, or a minimum of 180 in 2012 JAMB are qualified to apply.
How to complete the UNIOSUN 2012 post UTME Registration
Candidates are to register on-line by accessing the University
website at www.uniosun.edu.ng to complete and submit an
application.
They are expected to print two
(2) copies of the application
form after submission. One of
these two copies should be
brought along together with a
copy of the candidate’s Original JAMB Result print-out on the day of the screening exercise.
The second copy is to be
submitted upon admission to the University, so keep it well.
DIRECT ENTRY
Direct Entry candidates should
complete the form on-line following the same process as above and report on the
screening day.
All candidates (both UTME and Direct Entry) are to report for screening at the date and centres indicated on their online registration printout. Candidates must report at least one hour before the commencement of the exercise.
Access to the portal is through
the use of scratch cards with PIN. Candidates require two scratch cards (one each for registration and result/placement checking), which are obtainable directly from any of the following specific branches listed below, upon payment of N5,000 (five thousand Naira) into the school account:

Note: Registration closes on 15th of June 2012 at 12:00 noon and screening date is on the 16th of June as earlier stated above.

2017 Jamb Cut-off Mark Now 120

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board on Tuesday pegged the minimum cut-off mark for admissions into universities for the 2017/2018 academic year at 120. The decision was taken together with vice-chancellors, rectors and provosts of higher institutions in the country at a combined policy meeting on admissions into universities, polytechnics and other higher institutions in Nigeria in Abuja on Tuesday. The stakeholders also adopted 100 as the minimum cut-off mark for admission into polytechnics. They agreed that admission into first choice universities should close on October 15 while December 15, 2017 was set as the closing date for second choice admission by institutions. JAMB Registrar, Prof. Is-haq Oloyede, said universities should not go below the minimum 120 cut-off point adopted by the meeting for admissions.
